Fix #476: - Added lock codec feature to make sure that only one codec is active, by updating media session using UPDATE (if remote supports it) or re-INVITE. - Added few SIPp test scenarios. git-svn-id: https://svn.pjsip.org/repos/pjproject/trunk@3206 74dad513-b988-da41-8d7b-12977e46ad98
