Change set_ec_tail() API to set_ec() in sound port, also change suppressor to reduce mic signal by division rather than zeroing the signal. Also moved out VAD and EC settings to config.h. git-svn-id: https://svn.pjsip.org/repos/pjproject/trunk@658 74dad513-b988-da41-8d7b-12977e46ad98
