don't display ringID/QR code of deleted account Update the welcome view properly when the accounts change. This prevents displaying the ringID and QR code of a Ring account when the last one is deleted (which would cause a segfault). Change-Id: I59833436a502dc931944dda0606cb76ad391eed1 Tuleap: #730
